Education
Frank graduated from California State University Fullerton in 1990 with a    Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting.

Experience
He joined the firm in 1994 as a staff auditor and became an audit manager in 2000. For many years he assisted in the tax department during tax season, but now devotes his time year-round to audits of municipalities and associated entities. 

Professional & Community Associations
Frank is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He specializes in audits of local governments and is a technical reviewer for the Government Finance Officers Association’s Award for Excellence in Financial Reporting.
