Education
Sam received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from the California State University, Fullerton with highest honors in 1998. She completed the Master of Science in Taxation (MST) program at California State University, Fullerton in 2009 with commendation for academic excellence.
Experience
Sam joined the firm in January of 1999, initially working in the municipal and tax departments. She now specializes in income tax minimization and compliance for individuals, partnerships, estates, trusts, corporations and nonprofit entities. Sam has successfully represented clients in resolving tax disputes with the IRS and California Franchise Board.
Professional & Community Associations
Sam is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Brea and she currently serves as its Treasurer. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. She has been a writer for the CPA exam since 2008.
