Education
Bryan received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton in 2004.

Experience
Bryan joined the firm in 2004 specializing in the audits of governmental entities. He was made a partner in 2011 to oversee the firm's government practice. He currently is a technical reviewer for the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA). He also has done numerous presentations for local chapters of the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers (CSMFO) on government accounting and auditing topics.

Bryan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, Governments Finance Officers Association, California Society of Municipal Finance Officers, Association of Local Government Auditors, and the California Redevelopment Association.
