Staff Accountant (Level 2)
1 to 2 years experience

An individual at this level is expected to:

• Assume full responsibility, under supervision, for small engagements
• Assist on the more difficult portions of large audit and accounting engagements
• Prepare basic financial statements and footnotes
• Become familiar with the pronouncements of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB).
• Progress professionally by working toward passing the Certified Public Accountant’s Examination
